Do we have any back-up from the forum? I was told that if the site your forum is hosted loose its domain *e.g forumotion.net), automatically all sub-domains (paparizou.forumotion.net) are getting deleted!

From my site and my forum... Both (forum (forumotion) & site host) sent me e-mails on the first day of the year that if something go wrong with their sites mine will be deleted... This e-mail should have been sent to Reb either..

I don't think so but since the media we post isthrough other sites like rapidshare or photobucket the links can always be reposted. We would only lose our posts.

1. I didnt get such mail

2. data and subdomains are two different things. if the data gets lost, the subdomain is still registered to my mail - besides we don't need the paparizou.forumotion.net domain anyway because the url forum.elenapaparizou.eu runs over my very own site so I can link it whereever I want.

3. the data might INDEED get lost when forumotion got server problems, but as far as I know there is no way to save the forum content to my computer in any way.

4. best posts and all relevant stuff like interviews I usually back up in the paparicious magazine.
