Well, I find it logical for Greeks living in other countries, to want that kind of entertainment.. As long as this part didn't override the dance performances, it's ok with me

It's totally fine from them wanting this kind of entertainment but it's totally not alright for Helena to offer this kind of entertainment. She doesn't do it like it a pro, it's not "Helena" and I'm sure you know what I mean (απο προφορα μεχρι γυρισματα... χαλια μαυρα).

I get your point. This is not her real voice at all. I prefer listening to Helena of Save me, or Helena covering "Is it a crime".

I suppose these clothes would be also for the greek "tour"???

Exactly! "Is it a crime" from Diogenis Studio is one of my most favourite vocal performances by Helena! It's mesmerising, similarly to "Amazing Grace" or "The Rose". That's where we get to see her true force!

I stand by my opinion (even though it was originally only said about Melina's music) that Elena should have sung her own songs and let someone else do the covers. This is everything I expected it would be.


Edit: I have now read that she also sang Save Me. Well, that saved it.

If I got it right she sang Melina's songs at the awards show, but at the after party she performed her own songs (''All The Time'' was among them for sure judging by the pix) + the laika covers.

The song was great but it didn't suit Elena and it felt like she was singing at a wedding party.

Thanks Pano! She performed very well though the second song I didn't like so much. Really not my style But apart from that she did very well. I just felt she couldn't show her full potential in these Mercouri songs.

oh and let me share with you guys her after party performance for Save me I like it very much but of course the video is not the full song :S Again people who record are doing faboulous job :S Yeah at least we have it but if someone record a song why nto the full song??????

And these are recorded by a professional cameraman as I saw. That makes it worse.
