How to write a "Whiteboard Message" & Private Messages

"WHITEBOARD MESSAGE" (from Paparizou Place) is a "visitor message" on this forum.

in order to post such a message, go on the members profile and chose visitor messages. then click on "New P.M.". This message will be published on the members whiteboard (and everyone can read it, too)

if you want to send a "real" private message (a private message which no one can see except the member you want to contact) you have
2 options:

1. reading in the forum you can, when bringing your cursor on the member's name, chose the option "send PM"

or

2. go to the members profile, click on contact and then chose private message (send private message)

Maybe some pictures can help more, to.
Well, these have a very bad quality and not so good done, but if anyone wants this help I can get the pictures better (Quality, in english.. the text.).
Can be a problem to find the PM-function if you haven't been on a phpbb-forum before!
