The Forum Won't Let Me Change My Username???

I was going through my profile, and realized that I can't change my username?!?

It isn't in a text box, and it's bold. It's not THAT important, but I was just curious If it was just me and what's going on

Ι will enable it again but if people are going to abuse it again it will be disabled soon! if you change your user name, put a note into your sig which was your previous name!
