I want to Chenoa goes to Eurovision!!

Chenoa was my fave singer back in 2001-2002-2003 but then, with her 3rd album I lost interest in her. But she's an amazing singer, she's very good, and I always tought she could be a good candidate for ESC, though her current style (in music) doesn't really amaze me.
If those rumours are true, I hope she goes to ESC!!

I also hope Jimmy Jump appears again as one of the staff i loved his cameo in 2010

As scheduled TVE held a press conference today in Madrid and revealed information on how the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest selection will take place. Anne Igartiburu and 2010 Spanish representative Daniel Diges, will host all the shows.

January 28 - Semifinal 1
12 acts will be presented to the public and they will sing various Eurosongs. Four will be eliminated by the jury and the remaining eight will proceed to the next phase of the show through which 3 will be voted by the viewers and 2 will be selected by the jury.

February 4 - Semifinal 2
The same format will apply: the next 12 acts will be presented during the show and four will be eliminated by the expert jury. The remaining 8 acts will have to battle for five spots, three by televoting and two by the jury.

Semifinal 3
Ten acts which came up from the two semifinal will participate in the third show and three will proceed to the final

National Final
There will be separate selection for the representative and the song. During the final the three finalists will sing three songs each. The combination of singer and song with the most votes will get the ticket to Dusseldorf.

Thanks for the info Lore! I thought that the show was only today, so we'd have our representative tonight (which I found strange since we normally chose it on late February or so), but now I see there'll be more some shows and not only one.
I'm not up to date about it this year, so I don't really know who's competing, etc.

I was watching our first semi-final... (Chenoa wasn't there) and they chose 5 singers/bands... and I dont like any of them!!
