Past winners have given concerts in london so we could get el. there is also an increased chance when she has her int cd to promote.

Exactly. But those of you in the UK you should e-mail LGR asap. Don't leave it for tomorrow. Just let them know that in a matter of seconds Peggy Zina's votes increased from a specific number to +500. I think they will understand that someone installed a program that allowed such cheating take place and they will hopefully change the rules or something.
