Unfortunatelly I can't find something about the italian cover on YT or Google
But I'm sure, this italian song I heard, it is a cover of ' Mathe Prota N' Agapas' because the music and the melody is the same

If you look at YouTube there is a fan-recorded video from MSC and before she sings My Number One in that version she tells the audience to look at YouTube for Dream Evil coz they sing it so
