The jury for the Bulgarian Eurovision song 2012 has been chosen

For the 8th time Bulgaria will be a part of the music map of Europe for the 57th edition of "Eurovision" in Baku.
Stefan Dimitrov will be the Head of the Academy. 21 specialists are invited in the academy. Among them are the composers Angel Zaberski, Haygashot Agasyan, Mihail Belchev, Aleksander Petrov and Zhivko Kolev, from the Union of the Writers will be dr. Yordan Eftimov and the journalist Anna-Maria Tonkova.

The deadline for sending the songs is 11th of November 2011.

The deadline to send in songs to represent Bulgaria at the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest arrived and a special jury gathered to make a first cut and shortened the list of hopefuls to 33.

I think Tess song is better then Tennys song, but I have only listened to the beginning on tennys song so I might change my mind.

i've only listen to the begining and the refrain of the songs but they're sound GREAT!! affraid

Maybe it depends on what mood I am on too, right now I just listen to more "fast" songs. :-]

Yes Dess practice in BG Eurovision song and I hope she win and go in Baku......but if only she deserve it. I mean - her song is my favorit not only because she is my fav singer but definitely she si Amazing singer with great voice.... in her song have typical bulgarian folklor motivs.........But first i wanna see her show.

About points here in Bulgaria we have a music jury wich first listen all song and choise of them the best ....... Dess get at very points from Jury this year ..but first let's come 14 jan Wink

Of all the songs posted I think Desi Slava's "Love Is Alive" is the best but I do feel that the chorus of that song isn't as good as the verses and the chorus should be the stand out piece.

I only watched from 4-13 (Maybe was 3, 4, 5, I don't know). But of these songs I think she had the best song.

If she goes to the (eurovision) final I guess we can expect better choreography.
Elenas choreography in the greek choice-thing they didn't work so much on the choreography, if there even was any.

But maybe if you have a competition against others the choreography might be more important.

I like when the choreography is more "randomized". That would not work in a final, but it gives a little feeling of that in "Dess" performance too.

I think she sounded and looked great, although I think she looked better when she performed it live at Komitsite. The backing singers though were awful, they weren't in sync with each other with their harmonies, I hope if she wins they sort this out before the contest.

I like Sofi Marinova's song, this will probably get 12 points from Romania/Moldova if it goes to Eurovision. If she wins and does an English version at Eurovision she will get some votes.

Yes, if this Dess win there are important to change the performance. It might be sad but good "dancing" can be an advantage.

For me her song is excellent for ESC.......but her performance is omg

..... missing culmination moment dislike

....SHE MUST NEED TO CHANGE choreography with totally new and with some CULMINATION moment (like Helena with ropes) and get much more part in dance's. Not only 2 inadequate movements Very Happy

About Sofi Marinova she is singer with strong and great voice but ...........jantzen belive on me you don't wanna hear her singing on english.
I like her song but for me is not for ESC (just have some Inna mode $I don\'t listen$ )

Denmark have a person that stands still this year. Wonder how it will go for that person.

I mean, I don't know but when Anna Bergendahl was in eurovision 2010 I think she got a bad result because the performance was so boring, but maybe 2012 is a good year for standing almost still. Razz

(Now Annas performance was even more boring then "Dess"-performance but still)

Indeed Eurovision in Bulgaria is not so popular.

BTW for tomorrow final I read somewhere Ivi Adamou will be here on the concert to present her song in Bulgaria but how true is this i don't know. Very Happy

From BNT promise one VERY BIG and IMPRESSIVE final with 3D effects and many more things.
