Suggestion: Member Interviews

In another forum (yes, where my Bairisch goody-goodies reside) there's an interesting concept:

This is a concept developed by the Staff team and will be held every single month. It consists of having one selected member taking part in an interview, where the people who ask the questions are you, the members of the forum. Every single one of you can ask questions. You'll post the questions in the thread and the member will then answer it directly. You may ask questions about anything, from personal questions to complicated questions, but within reason. The interviews will have duration between 7 to 10 days, depending on the general activity and interest from both the members and the person being interviewed.

There are some ground rules you must all follow so this is an enjoyable experience for all of those involved:

- No inappropriate/absurd questions (esp. those of a sexual, illegal, or sexual and illegal nature);
- No harassing the participant for information they aren't willing to give out (credit card details, medical history, and so forth);
- Try not to ask the same questions twice.

Warnings will be given out should a member not comply with the rules. A second warning will result in a temporary ban and exclusion from taking part in this event in the future. The member in the Hot Seat will reserve the right not to answer a specific question should he feel its inappropriate.

absolutely love the idea - we only need someone to realize/organize it - until mid of december I have such a few time.
