Because on Forumotion it is applied after somebody has posted after you posted and you edit your post before it.

Yes it is and I am a co admin there. Plus I often go to the Forumotion support forum too to learn more things about the Forumotion software.

Because some poeple were stealing our materials and claiming that those are their. And as we didn't like it, we decided that only people with some posts will be given access.
