Re: Helena Interview In Swedish (With English Subs) + Parody
i am not sure of everything so its best to let someone else translate (you know my greek guys )
Re: Helena Interview In Swedish (With English Subs) + Parody
if it's rude why people "like" it on FB then??? Mart if your greek is not good you shouldn't say such things then. But if it's really rude I don't get why they like it.
Re: Helena Interview In Swedish (With English Subs) + Parody
Ok guys stop of arguing if its rude or not, we want the translation!!!

Exactly. You can't discuss it before we know the translation.

Re: Helena Interview In Swedish (With English Subs) + Parody
It's hard to translate, it's very colloquial greek, but I can tell you it's a bit rude but not offensive, I found it hilarious!

Re: Helena Interview In Swedish (With English Subs) + Parody
how can it be not offensive if it's rude????
Re: Helena Interview In Swedish (With English Subs) + Parody
some are not easily translatable and i mean rude words in general but i wasnt paying much attention. regarding your statement about why people like it. you for one like everything paparizou related. many people like paparizou related things and because it is her people will like it and share it even if it was a playboy shoot for example.Akos Kirsch wrote:if it's rude why people "like" it on FB then??? Re: Helena Interview In Swedish (With English Subs) + Parody
but if something is rude why people like it Mart? it makes no sense what you said sorry. No matter if it's Paparizou related but if it's rude I don't think it's likable... I mean the word "rude" is not so promising.

Well, a little summary must work?
If it is about watermelons or computers?..

Re: Helena Interview In Swedish (With English Subs) + Parody
there are words in it like "shit"? ::S
ok if there won't be any translation or summary I will consider this parody as something really bad I'm afraid.

Re: Helena Interview In Swedish (With English Subs) + Parody
lol Akos, just try to be hilarious. And don't judge a book by it's cover
Re: Helena Interview In Swedish (With English Subs) + Parody
that was the first example to come to me from my brain, its not bad its meant to be a joke so you should take it as a joke and laughAkos Kirsch wrote:there are words in it like "shit"? ::S

but it's not easy to don't judge it by the cover when you don't know what is it about at all. And since what I heard it's confusing. But ok I really hope it's not offensive though if it's rude I don't know how is that possible.
Re: Helena Interview In Swedish (With English Subs) + Parody
Well I didn't find it offensive because on top of the video it points out it's a parody! I only didn't like the part where it talks about food but thankfully it's not rude.

Re: Helena Interview In Swedish (With English Subs) + Parody
bad publicity is better than no publicity and sometimes bad publicity is better than good because it attracts more attention, and a parody is a parody not bad press
THIS IS A PARODY AND NOTHING MORE. THIS IS A JOKE AND SHOULD BE TAKEN AS NOTHING MORE!

Re: Helena Interview In Swedish (With English Subs) + Parody
Don't know... I never agreed with bad publicity. Even I had it with my book and I don't know if it's good or bad.
but ok since many people like it it seems maybe it's not bad joke.

It says parody so if someone takes it serious it is not so.. good.
I don't want to be repetitive but many of us would appreciated a summary of it. So if someone would take the task I would be glad!

Re: Helena Interview In Swedish (With English Subs) + Parody
Here it comes "Swedish", Akos and all the rest of you who asked for it:
Just translating the important bits btw.
At first the interviewer goes: "Do you believe any of that bullshit you've been saying (on her video message)?"
and then Elena goes: "I am singer dude and they are expecting me to go all the way to Greece as if I want to be there..", then the interviewers says: "I am saying this cause you are a someone there (I guess implying she is a nobody in Sweden)". She then says "who gives a sh't about the Mad Awards. They even gave me the shittiest of all the awards."
Int: "Is there an important reason to be there nevertheless"?
HP: " Well honestly I'd go there to smash a few pitogyra (Greek food) which I really fancy ever since I was a kid".
Int: "Are those the ones where they add "tzatziki" and all the ingredient available inside?"
HP " "Tzatziki" and "tyrokafteri" and "double bread" for me. And they make it like a giant thing THIS BIG (shows with hands). Sometimes I can even eat 2 of them in a row. They are really good to eat while I'm driving home from bouzoukia every night being very hungry. You understand..."
