Yes. As far as I know there aren't any records for pre-2006 songs but I think even MNO hadn't topped the airplay charts for so many weeks.

It is more that Helena is now getting a lot attention in media. Some medias even maybe talk about the greatest hits album. When she gets more attention in media more people are going to look for her CDs. You can almost call it promotion..

well, I believe that, because when you award a certification you should throw something like a celebration party... I don't think they will spend money for that... It's like killing 2 birds with one stone..
